4 Medium Black Sea Bass Filets

½ cup chopped scallions

1 tsp black pepper

2 tsp Hunan Sauce

1 tsp soy sauce

Mix all ingredients together

Place fish is small baking dish and spoon mixture over fish

Bake 450 approx 12 Minutes
