8 oz on softened cream cheese |

3 TBS of capers |

1 TBS of garlic powder |

1 tsp of Black pepper |

3 tsp of anchovy paste |

Cut the peppers in to bit size pieces, approx 1” x 2”. Blend all of the other ingredients until smooth and consistent. Spoon the anchovy & caper cream cheese of peppers. This cool and refreshing party pleaser is a piece of cake to make. |
