2Lbs bluefish |
|
|
½ gallon milk |
|
|
1 cup reduced mayo |
|
|
1Tbs cayenne pepper |
|
|
Spiced bread crumbs |
|
|
5 cloves garlic |
|
|
2 yellow onions |
|
|
3Tbs olive oil |
|
|
1 lime |
|
|
|
|
|
Cut dark meat off filet and soak in milk over night. |
|
|
In large baking dish add coarsely chopped onions, garlic, and olive oil. |
|
|
Coat fish filets generously with mayo, dredge filets through bread crumbs spice with cayenne pepper. |
|
|
Lay flat in baking dish, gently shake on more cayennes. Slice lime and layer filets. |
|
|
|
|
|
Bake 350 for 20 minutes. |
|
|
|
|
|
Serve with spicy tartar. |
