Flounder and/or Shrimp Stuffing |

1stick butter |
|
|
15 Ritz crackers |
|
|
1tsp all spice |
|
|
1tsp black pepper |
|
|
2tsp garlic powder |
|
|
1tsp horseradish |
|
|
|

Combine in a bowl and mix together, |

|
Butterfly shrimp and place in a buttered baking pan. Top with a layer of the stuffing. |

For flounder - butter bottom of baking pan and stuff flounder and close with toothpicks |
