Pasta with Clam sauce

10 oz minced clams
4 cloves of thinly sliced garlic
3 shallots
½ stick of butter
3 TBS olive oil
¼ cup parmesaean cheese
½ lb pasta
Grind clams fine in food processor. Saute clams, garlic, shallots, butter in oil
approximately 5 minutes. Boil water and cook pasta. Toss clam sauce with cheese
and pasta. Plate and eat.
