Peppermint Bark
Saltine Crackers
1 cup Sugar
2 Sticks Butter
12 oz. Chocolate Chips
About 6 Candy Canes
Line cookie sheet with foil and cover side to side with crackers
Melt Butter until bubbling and add sugar- mix
Pour butter and sugar over the saltine crackers and spread even
Bake for about 12 min at 350 degrees
Take out of oven and pour chocolate chips on top, spreading as they melt
Place Candy canes in a zip lock bag and crush. Sprinkle crushed candy canes on top of chocolate while it is still hot
Refrigerate a few hours till hard then break up into pieces.
