Red Snapper – Ceviche |

2 lbs of red snapper filets |
|
|
1 medium yellow onion |
|
|
2 large beefsteak tomatoes |
|
|
7 large limes |
|
|
1 cup finely chopped fresh celantro |
|
|
2 small jalapenos |
|
|
onion bagel chips |
|
|
|
|
|
Squeeze limes into large Tupperware or mixing bowl. Chop snapper fillets, onion, tomatoes, and celantro into fine pieces and add to lime juice. Marinate ingredients for 20 minutes. Serve with jalapenos, onion bagel chips, and cerveza (Corona). |
