| 5 Pounds of Spareribs |
| 3 oz Captain Morgan Spice Rum |
| 1 cup Soy sauce |
| 1/2 cup brown sugar |
| 2/3 cup ketchup |
| 1 pc. crushed ginger root |
| 2 cloves garlic |
| Cut spareribs into serving pieces and place in a large sauce
pot: add water.
Cover pot and simmer for 30 minutes, then drain and cool. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over spareribs. Place in refrigerator and let stand for little over 2 hours. Place spareribs on rack of broiler pan and broil about 6" from heat, continue to baste with sauce to prevent drying. |
