Summer Flounder
crusted with coconut and pecan |

Place pecans in zip-lock bag and beat fine, and then add coconut to zip lock bag. Beat egg and dip flounder fillets in egg mix. Bread fillets with pecan coconut mixture, and pan fry over medium heat with butter. Cook approx 3 minutes per side or until fish flakes. |
